The tasks performed by the Key Opinion Leader will include the following:
Provide expert advice to Insikt in the context of events and learning/training activities organised within the framework of the organization such as courses (residential and online), webinars, online modules, exercise scenarios, including the delivery of presentations, expert lectures, and/or moderation;
Determine course goals and develop and execute lesson plans and practical exercises using traditional and innovative teaching methods with adult learners in a law enforcement setting.
Assist Insikt members in the identification of sector-specific training needs in execution of company’s learning and training programmes, including validation and consolidation of data and information.
Provide expert advice to Insikt on specific substantive content in the context of programme formulation and/or implementation.
